6 of 30 (Christmas Challenge)

We aren't used to waking up to cold weather!!!! Today we pulled out our electric blanket! Can you guess who didn't want to share? 

Been so busy today getting ready for tomorrow. We have our homeschool review and it's Dec 1 so I got the advent calendars and prepared our December activity calendar which is jam packed with stuff to do literally every single day!!!!

 

5 of 30 (Christmas Challenge)

Ok so I'm an effort to stay true to my every day posting... I'm going to tell you what happened today. One of my children (aka the wrecking ball) knocked down my Christmas tree. The ornaments were everywhere, water was everywhere, branches were everywhere. I wish I took a photo, but I was too upset.

The good news is that my favorite Christmas activity is decorating the tree and this year for the first time ever I got to do it twice!!!!

Boss got me a poinsettia:

We went "shopping" at Toys R Us so the kids could show me what they like (even though I'm done shopping already).

Went for a stroll downtown today, but it was really cold so it kind of didn't last:

Our tree is half lit without ornaments right now, but it's a work in progress. The tree decorating is really our last thing to do:

1 of 30 (Christmas Challenge)

For the last several years I have tried (and failed) to make a Christmas post every day in December.  This year I WILL NOT FAIL! Instead of 25 Days I am going for 30 and I KNOW I CAN DO IT!

Today we went (for the first time ever) to cut down our Christmas tree:

 

It's up but not decorated yet so I will post that tomorrow. We are completely finished decorating inside and out so maybe I will post that tomorrow too. This year feels more Christmas-y than ever.

Did I mention we are done our shopping too? We have also ordered our Christmas card already. Literally all the "work" is done and we can focus on Jesus and fun!
