Happy Birthday Princess, You Are 4!!!!!

My bright light. My shiny star. My flourescent crayon. You are 4!!!!!

We had a My Little Pony party at home before heading to the waterpark for the day. We celebrated with an ice cream cake:

Princess helped me decorate and it was a great time.

Opening gifts:

Last week she made this Build a Bear named Outer Space:

Then today she took pull apart cupcakes to school:

Happy birthday, baby! You keep us all on our toes and I am so grateful.

Howie's Owie

Princess has been enjoying school so much. Here she is doing her homework:

We got a new game called Howie's Owie. It is helping the kids learn body parts. It is fun because I just say "place a band aid on Howie's ankle or toe or knuckle... And then they take the magnetic band aid and cover that spot:

Picked up this washer bracelet for Sis. She loves it so much:

We took a little walk on the nature pier over the weekend after the beach. We saw tons of crabs and the view was beautiful:

The Wiz is On the Move

My trainiacs miss their Sisters so much while they are at school, but are happy to play trains in peace:

My school girl:

On Friday  the boys and I hit the fire station for a tour:

The Wiz is now sitting...and crawling...and standing...and walking (sort of) while holding a walker toy. He is only six months old and learned all of those things within a week of each other:

End of Summer

Our Mom group had an end of summer pool party last week. I'm starting to think we seriously need our own pool. It would be so nice to have one in our backyard:

This is a cupcake dance:

Apparently according to Trip Advisor Pizza Time in St. Augustine has the second best pizza in the country. It definitely was New York-ish in there, but Our family only rated it a 7!!!!

We have barely gotten to see The Boss in months.... So we joined him for lunch at the playground one day at Camp Blanding:

Afterwards we went to another favorite spot nearby and fed some birds:

First Day High School Preschool

I was not prepared for this day.i thought I was. I bought the clothes. I had the supplies. I had a preschool talk with Princess. I had a high school talk with Sister. But I was not ready...

I wasn't sure who to drop off first. Sis started at 9:15, Princess at 9:00 but not before 8:45. The logistics were tricky. Both schools had seriously backed up traffic. It was messy. I dropped Sis off first at 8:46. She was Terrified!!!! The school is huge and complicated looking. I had no time to worry because I had to race to Princess's school. She also seemed nervous, but I just quickly said goodbye and left. Son was beside himself. He cried and cried because he wanted to stay with his best friend, his sister. I managed to pick him off the floor and wisk both boys in my arms to the cat.

Then I raced to our play date with boys. Son was loving it at the park because he was covered in mud. Two hours later at 11:30 it was time to go get Princess.

She said:
 Her day was good.
Her teacher was rude.
She laughed at a boy.
Her teacher was nice.
She loved her snack. Oranges and cheese.

The kids played and we went back for Sis at 3:30. Traffic jam. Took us an hour to pick her up!!!!! We have to come up with a new plan because that will burn me out.

Overall, no tears from me or anyone actually attending school....just Son... Who really loves his sister.
