Thomas the Train Part 1 ( Part 2 will be in a few weeks)

Son had his 2nd birthday party on the 25th. Since I go crazy on their 1st birthday parties, I try to keep the 2nd simple. We got some decorations from the party store and in 15 minutes had a  Thomas the Train birthday party:

Posing for the camera. The Boss insisted he wear a King crown since Gizmo wore a King crown for his 2nd birthday:

Blowing out the candles:

He got a bag full of trains:

And a million other train related items:

Princess opened the majority of his gifts for him, but Son didn't seem to care.

Happy birthday Buddy!!!!!!

Our Weekend

On Saturday The Boss gave Son a lesson on how to do his hair. We also went to O2B kids, but my pics got deleted:

We headed out to a local farm on Sunday to do some fruit shopping and animal petting:

They found the rocks in the parking lot most interesting.

We also fed some animals and almost got kicked out. Long story:

Today we went to Rebounderz for some exercise. I think I got the most. Son was running from room to room to room. I was chasing him while trying to manage The Wiz and trying to keep an eye on Princess. He was running like a wild man.  I was mentally and physically drained after our two hour jump session. The kids had a great time though:

Bouncing high:

Son was in heaven once he found the video games:

Things are going good so far here with The Wiz as a new addition. Son LOVES him and is the first to look for him when he cries. I can't really set him down anywhere because the kids love him so much that he is likely to get squished and pinched and pulled and... He's just safer riding around in my Moby.

And a few more pics:

Scooping and fighting and scooping and fighting:

Back to "Normal"

The Wiz is out of the hospital and doing great!!!! He is over 11 pounds already and let me tell you....this guy can eat!!!! I will be back in my skinny pants in no time breastfeeding this hungry guy. Woohoo!

We had our first post-baby outing at the park and it went surprisingly well:

We made Valentines for The Boss at the library:

One of us may or may not have written on the table at the library:

While at the library, Princess ran to the bathroom and when I got in there she was no where to be found. I panicked and started yelling for her until I heard "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer" being sung. I followed the singing to find her IN THE MENS bathroom, washing her hands...and singing away.

Sigh of relief!!

Then...

We made some vegan and gluten free cookies from my FAVORITE blog The Minimalist baker:

On Saturday I took the kids to the Jacksonville Train show:

I am not going to lie, managing the three kids was so so hard. Sis was with me, but it was A LOT of work. Breakable and expensive stuff everywhere . I. AM. NUTS.

Ropes mean NOTHING to these guys apparently:

Yesterday we did a little bean scooping in the yard:

They also fought over the beans...and the scoops...and the bowls:

My Newest Love

He was born on January 26th at 5:25 pm. I went in for a regular appointment and my midwife decided to induce me due to decreased movement.

It was a very quick and extremely easy delivery. I felt like I could have run a 10k afterward!!!!

Meet my 9.2 pounder:

Princess could not wait to hold the baby:

I'm not sure what his name on this blog will be, but I'm working on it: (actually I got it...listed at end of this post)

Those lips:

Here he is at home with his pilot hat:

Two nights ago I noticed he had a wet cough and rapid breathing. We went to the doctor to find out he has RSV. Later that day we went to the ER because his breathing was just not right. Here is my little guy being transferred to another hospital.

Heartbreaking:

We are still in the hospital and he is receiving oxygen. He is being monitored to see if his breathing and oxygen levels improve:

I've gotten to know him so well being here in the hospital together...just us. He is a feisty guy with a gentle spirit. He has joy in his heart and the eyes of a person with a lifetime of wisdom. This is a special young man I have here and I am crazy about him.

Prayers for "the wiz".
