We stopped at an awesome garden in Ormond Beach in our road trip this week. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I'm pretty sure they have the only legitimate elevation in Florida...even if it is manmade. See the website HERE!
It is free to go in the garden, which is about 3 acres. The art museum portion is free too, but I'm no fool...my babies in there = getting kicked out quick!
The kids got to run all over the garden and stretch their legs for the long trip ahead. We stayed for about an hour and the best part was that it was nice and cool because of the tree cover and water!
They had a BEAUTIFUL waterfall that the babies wanted to swim in and a few other ponds with fish and turtles:
There were a bunch of steps, which were a big help!! I needed to exhaust these kids, so we could get back on the road!!!
